with a wide range of CHP-units, heat-, power- and control engineering as well as engine technology (gas engines, dual fuel engines, diesel engines). Several years as key account manager at one of Germany's leading engine remanufacturer expanded my skills and knowledge of nearly all gas engines present in the market (MTU, MAN, Doosan, MWM, Liebherr, Kubota, GE Jenbacher, Perkins, YC-Europe, etc.). In addition to the preparation of expert reports about damages or defects on CHP plants and gas engines, operators and service partner of CHP plants will be supported in operation and troubleshooting. In addition to the planning and design work, preparation of tenders for new installations and modernization of CHP plants are provided.
In 2015, I was appointed to the specialist committee of the Association of German Engineers (VDI) for Internal Combustion Engines and Power Plant Technology (VKMA). The main tasks of the committee include providing neutral, technical-scientific information to the public regarding the use of combined heat and power plants, heat pumps with internal combustion engines, gas turbines, as well as the development of guidelines in this field.
Since the summer semester of 2021, I have been working as a lecturer at Hochschule Rhein-Main, where I conduct lectures every semester in the field of CHP (Combined Heat and Power) technology. In this course, I cover topics related to thermodynamics/heat transfer, fundamentals of process engineering, energy technology, renewable energies, as well as other foundational subjects in engineering, and convey this knowledge to the students.
